1. About Us

The SwiftBusiness platform ("Platform") is operated by Central Services & Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. SwiftBusiness is a trading name of Central Services & Solutions Ltd.

References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to Central Services & Solutions Ltd. References to "SwiftBusiness" refer to the trading name and platform operated by Central Services & Solutions Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
• Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and all other applicable policies published on this Platform
• Are authorised to bind any business on whose behalf you are registering or acting

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use this Platform you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A UK-based individual, sole trader, limited company representative, or partnership representative
• Duly authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register
• Not prohibited from using the Platform by any applicable law or regulation

4. Nature of Our Services

Central Services & Solutions Ltd (trading as SwiftBusiness) acts exclusively as a comparison intermediary, switching broker, and referral platform. We are not a utility supplier, energy provider, water company, telecoms operator, insurer, lender, or direct service provider in our own right.

• All quotes and prices are provided via third-party APIs and supplier data feeds, and are subject to those suppliers' own terms
• All prices shown are indicative only — they are not guaranteed offers and do not constitute a binding contract. Final prices depend on supplier acceptance, live market rates, and your specific business circumstances
• Live pricing is subject to third-party API availability; data feeds may occasionally be unavailable, cached, or delayed
• Finance offers are subject to full credit underwriting, identity verification, and lender approval — no finance offer is confirmed until a formal written agreement is executed
• Switches and contract activations require admin and/or manual review before they become live
• All contracts for utility supply, financial products, or other services are formed directly between you and the relevant third-party supplier or lender — Central Services & Solutions Ltd is not a party to those contracts

5. Quotes and Indicative Pricing

Actual prices will be confirmed by the relevant supplier following:

• Verification of your meter and consumption data
• Any applicable credit or identity checks required by the supplier
• Confirmation of site details and agreed contract terms
• Review and approval by the supplier or our team where required

6. Finance Applications

Business finance services are facilitated via Approvity and their associated lender network. Please also read our Finance Disclaimer in full.

• Central Services & Solutions Ltd is not a lender and does not provide regulated financial advice — we facilitate introductions only
• Approval is not guaranteed and is entirely at the lender's sole discretion
• Submitting an application does not constitute a credit agreement or binding offer of finance
• Soft searches may be conducted with Credit Reference Agencies with your consent
• We may receive a commission or referral fee from lenders — this does not affect the rate or terms offered to you

7. Letter of Authority (LOA)

By signing an LOA on the Platform, you authorise Central Services & Solutions Ltd (trading as SwiftBusiness) to act on your behalf to obtain meter data, request quotes, and manage supplier relationships for the utility services specified in the LOA. You may withdraw authority at any time by contacting us at garrykelly@centralservicessolutions.co.uk.

8. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times
• You must not use this Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account
• You must ensure any individuals you grant access to the Platform have read and agreed to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account at garrykelly@centralservicessolutions.co.uk

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, data, algorithms, trademarks (including the SwiftBusiness name and logo), and materials on this Platform are owned by or licensed to Central Services & Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Central Services & Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any reliance on indicative pricing, tariffs, or savings estimates displayed on the Platform
• Losses arising from supplier decisions, market changes, API outages, or data feed errors
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss of any kind
• Decisions made by third-party lenders, suppliers, or partners in connection with your application
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party systems or infrastructure

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees (if any) paid by you directly to Central Services & Solutions Ltd in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. These are provided for your convenience only. Central Services & Solutions Ltd is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service, and your use of them is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our platform. Where changes are material:

• We will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification with reasonable notice
• The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised
• Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
• If you do not agree to revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account
