1. Our Role and Regulatory Status

Central Services & Solutions Ltd (trading as SwiftBusiness) operates as an unregulated business finance introducer and referral intermediary, not as a lender. We introduce eligible businesses to a panel of lenders and finance providers via the Approvity platform. We may also refer to lenders including, but not limited to, Iwoca, Funding Circle, Liberis, and Capify.

Regulatory Note: Central Services & Solutions Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not conduct regulated credit broking activity. Business lending facilitated via this Platform is advanced solely for business purposes and is therefore generally outside the scope of FCA consumer credit regulation under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. However, lending to sole traders and small partnerships may attract additional protections — if you believe this applies to you, seek independent regulated financial advice before proceeding. Where any regulated product is involved, this will be clearly identified.

The lender's decision is final and entirely at their sole discretion. We have no influence over lending decisions, interest rates, loan terms, or the outcome of any credit assessment. Where an application is declined, we will communicate this to you where possible but may not be able to provide the lender's reasons for decline.

4. Credit Searches

With your explicit consent, we and/or our lender partners may conduct the following types of credit search:

Credit searches — may be conducted by the relevant supplier, finance provider or authorised credit-reference provider after consent. The provider will confirm whether a search is soft or hard before it is run.
Hard credit searches — only conducted with your additional explicit consent, when a lender proceeds to full underwriting; these are recorded on your credit file, are visible to other lenders, and may affect your credit score

Central Services & Solutions Ltd is not a party to any finance agreement between you and a lender and accepts no responsibility for any aspect of the lender's conduct, decisions, or contractual obligations.

9. Early Access Notice

The finance comparison and application features on this Platform are currently in early access / beta. Not all lenders, products, or features may be available. Some features are subject to change or may require manual processing while systems are fully activated.
